לקראת סיומה של שנת {{CurrentYear}} אנו מבקשים להודות לך על בחירתך במסלול החברות המתאים לך ביותר במסגרת תכנית המנויים FAIR WAY GOLF.
כדי שתוכל/י להמשיך להנות מחברותך במועדון, נודה על אישורך לחידוש החברות במועדון לשנת 2026 ולחיוב כרטיס האשראי בהתאם.

איך מאשרים? תוכל/י בקלות לאשר את חידוש החברות על ידי לחיצה על תיבת הסימון המופיעה בסיום הודעה זו.

במידה וברצונך לשנות את מסלול החברות, הנך מתבקש/ת לפנות אלינו עד ליום 15.12.{{CurrentYear}}.
ניתן לפנות בכתב לכתובת המייל שלנו zivg@caesarea.com או להגיע למשרדי המועדון.

לאחר קבלת אישורך לחידוש החברות במועדון, יחויב כרטיס האשראי אשר את פרטיו מסרת לנו, ב- 12 תשלומים שווים ללא ריבית בגין דמי החברות לשנת {{NextYear}} ולפי בחירתך,
גם בגין שירותים נוספים כגון תא איחסון/לוקר.

לנוחיותך מצורף המחירון המלא לשנת {{NextYear}}.

עם הלחיצה על תיבת הסימון אני מאשר/ת בזאת את חידוש חברותי במועדון ואת חיוב כרטיס האשראי שלי בגין דמי החברות לשנת {{NextYear}}.

Re: Renewal of the Club Membership for {{NextYear}}

As we approach the end of {{CurrentYear}}, we want to thank you for choosing the membership plan that best suits your needs under the FAIR WAY GOLF plan.

To continue enjoying your membership, we kindly ask you to confirm your membership renewal for 2026, by charging your credit card according to your chosen plan.

How to do it? Simply by clicking the renewal button appearing at the end of this notice and signing at the bottom of the document.

If you wish to change your membership plan please contact us by December 15, {{CurrentYear}}.
You can reach us by mail at: zivg@caesarea.com or come to the club offices.

After receiving your approval to renew the membership in the club, the credit card with the details you gave us will be charged in 12 equal payments without interest for the membership fees for {{NextYear}},
and at your choice - also for additional services such as a storage room/locker.

For your convenience, the full price list for {{NextYear}} is attached.

By clicking on the check box, I hereby confirm the renewal of my membership in the club and the charging of my credit card for the {{NextYear}} membership fees.
